Personal Attributes and Skills:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator who will be responsible for contributing and supporting the company’s growth strategy through active engagement within new and existing prospects.
Along with the coordinating responsibility of all tender bids nationally, the Estimator will also have responsibility for estimating any opportunities that are generated through the business development activity within the designated geographies.
- Previous experience (3+ years) in cleaning estimations.
- Previous experience in estimating with a strong focus on commercial building cleaning industry.
- Intermediate to superior skills in: MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign (desirable).
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and with minimum supervision.
- A high level of attention to detail and well-developed time management skills; and
- A professional approach to work and enjoy a team environment.
