Australian businesses need a quality COVID-19 cleaning service to stay open during the COVID-19 pandemic. BIC Services have developed a targeted, data-driven approach to infection control that gives your business a rapid, efficient response to potential or identified infections in commercial, office, industrial, health and aged care, as well as public space settings.
COVID-19 INFECTION CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Our proprietary Interactive Customer Experience Platform, (ICXP), gives your business an edge in protecting against COVID-19 infections. ICXP works by connecting our infection control service team to your facility:
- We place Customer Experience Kiosks (tablets) or QR-codes at strategic points throughout the facility
- Building tenants, occupants and visitors can use the Kiosks or QR-codes (using personal smartphones) to make immediate service requests for a pandemic clean.
- Our service team is notified via a smartphone or wearable technology
- The closest, most-qualified service team member will immediately respond and cordon off the area for disinfection
ICXP also includes heatmapping technology which allows us to build data profiles showing how much each asset is used. These data profiles mean we can create data-driven, proactive cleaning and hygiene schedules that ensure high touchpoints are disinfected after each high-use period.
We’ve also invested in verification of cleaning technology, including:
- Diversey VeriClean System: This system is used to verify surface cleaning. The liquid spray leaves an invisible marker on surfaces. A UV/blacklight is then used to see if the invisible mark has been removed. A mark free surface is proof of a thorough clean
- LuciPac A3 Infection Control Swabs: We use this technology to check for the presence of infectious agents on surfaces. The swabs can detect residues and microorganisms by measuring luminescence levels based on biochemical reactions
This technology means we can do more than just perform a pandemic clean or infection control procedure – we can guarantee its efficacy.
PROVIDING OUR CLIENTS WITH EXPERTS IN COVID-19 CLEANING
All our Leading Hands and Supervisors are given Government-compliant training in infection prevention and control procedures. All eligible service team members are also trained to Certificate III in Cleaning Operations, which has been updated to include training on COVID-19 response procedures.
We invest in our people by giving them access to the latest in training, the best equipment and state-of-the-art technology. This investment gives us confidence that they can look after our clients and make Australian workplaces safe.
