SUSMA’S JOURNEY
My journey with BIC Services started in 2019. I started working as a part-time cleaner, where I learned and performed cleaning duties.
In my early days as an international student, BIC helped me both financially and personally, so I could build a future in Australia.
I was provided with training and opportunities to experience the cleaning industry firsthand and gained knowledge and understanding of working as part of a team in a professional working environment.
In April 2022, I was successful in joining the administration team at BIC’s Head Office, where I am currently working in the role of Office Coordinator.
