Last week, the team at BIC services took some time out to celebrate the milestone of 30 years in business.

It was time to celebrate, time to reflect, time to give thanks and time to dance.

Over the years, there has been some wonderful memories, along with incredibly passionate and professional people who have been part of the journey and have contributed to the success of the business.

To our team – we say thank you. We attribute our success to you. We believe working together in partnership with our people and our clients is what helps us to continually improve.

BIC first opened its doors on the 1st of February of 1989 in one room, with just two desks and two phones, to begin the BIC journey. Though sheer dedication and determination, the first contract won was the Sydney Water Board, followed by the National Bank of Paris. The next client was 34 Hunter Street, Sydney and from here BIC kept growing and now has a national footprint with over 2000 employees and servicing thousands of buildings.

We are extremely proud of our team. They are professional at all levels and represent the best of our business. It was wonderful to be able to take the time out to celebrate and reflect on the achievements and successes of the past.

Through initiatives such as the BIC Training Academy, RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) and CAF (Cleaning Accountability Framework), we will continue to provide a positive and equitable workplace where innovation, sustainability and knowledge is at the forefront of what we do.

Together, we have built a reputation for service excellence, reliability and quality. We have built this reputation by always going the extra mile. BIC is performance driven and customer focused and we will always strive to exceed expectations.
