The Annual National End of Year BIC Reward and Recognition Celebration was held on the 14th of December at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney for over 800 service team members. There were many outstanding contributions from the BIC teams across Australia, all of which were celebrated, recognised and applauded. As part of our commitment to recognising and rewarding excellence, four categories are selected to award those that are leaders in each area.
Without further ado the winners are;

Kiran Adhikari – Manager of the Year – Centennial Plaza, Sydney NSW
Shaun Stone – Office Employee of the Year – Sydney NSW
One Farrer Place – Team of the Year – Sydney NSW
Each Winner and Member of the Team went above and beyond in their service delivery throughout 2019. All are shining examples of what it means to be dedicated and committed to our clients and tenants and who uphold the BIC core values that drive our success in the industry. By recognising and rewarding those that lead the way amongst many outstanding employees, service levels are taken to the next level and new ground is set, for new leaders to come to the forefront and be recognised each year.
