We are seeking to appoint an experienced Facilities/Executive Manager to become an integral part of our management team. You must possess sound knowledge and understanding of operations in the cleaning industry and proven exceptional customer service along with the ability to set goals, lead and develop others.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing budgets
- Assisting with the set up of new contracts
- Support and manage Site Managers and team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform and document site inspections
- Be on-call at all times to fully manage or monitor any issues
- Continually review, improve and promote our Company policies and standards
- Salary will be negotiable
