BIC TRAINING

The BIC Training School is an innovation that is unique in the cleaning industry. It allows us to offer a continuous in-house program of induction and training for our cleaning staff.

The most important objective of the BIC Workplace Relations Policy is to achieve our vision of establishing and maintaining an equitable income for all of our cleaners. Central to our maintenance of this environment is our payment of above market salaries to our employees.
