Introducing Claudia Di Bello, BIC’s HR Manager.

We asked Claudia to spare 5 minutes of her time to answer 5 questions about being a female role model at BIC.

 

How long have you worked at BIC Services? What does your role entail?

I have been working for BIC Services for over 18 years. As HR Manager at BIC Services, I am focused on creating training partnerships which aim to inspire, educate and train our team of cleaners and managers.

I focus on ensuring that we remain the industry leader and the employer of choice. My role is to continue to ensure BIC is investing in its’ people through a myriad of training and recognition programs, along with an industry first, BIC Training Academy.

 

What do you enjoy most about your role at BIC Services?

I am passionate about BIC and I take immense pride in the reputation BIC has created for itself – we set the standards in HR policy within the industry. At BIC, we are focused on our employee diversity, equality and ensuring that all are treated with fairness and valued. Along with our Clients, we will continue to place our people at the forefront of everything we do.

 

What advice would you give to other women who are just starting out in their career?

Be passionate, resilient and work tirelessly to make a difference. Believe in yourself and lead by example.

 

Which women most inspires you and why?

All women inspire me, especially those who use their unique qualities to create their own destiny.

 

How can businesses work to ensure #balanceforbetter when it comes to gender equality in the workplace?

Every individual, in every organisation has an opportunity to make a difference in gender equality.  Educate, communicate and together we can break all barriers – real or imagined.
