EMPLOYEE COVID VACCINATION INCENTIVE PROGRAM

TERMS

The program started on the 2nd of August and will close on the 3rd of December 2021.

Raffle winners to be drawn on 10th of December 2021.

  1. Visit our website: https://bic-services.com.au/immunisation/ OR scan our QR code to complete the web form and apply for the $50 incentive bonus for full vaccination and to upload your immunisation history record.
  2. Web forms will be checked and verified with valid entires logged.
  3. Valid logged entries will be issued with a $50 cash bonus via Prezzee for full vaccination.
  4. Entries will then go into a raffle with winners drawn to receive 1 of 10 available $1,000 cash bonuses.

Note: You must have TWO (2) Covid-19 vaccination shots to qualify to enter the draw to win one of the $1000 cash bonuses.

Please note that having the vaccination is completely voluntary and you maintain the right to choose whether to receive the vaccination or not. The vaccine is not mandated by BIC as the employer or incidental in any way to the terms of your employment.
